A pair of diabetes twins and their families were systematically investigated during the last consecutive two year periods to suggest kidney-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome hasing a hereditary basis.3. Some metabolism, transcriptional regulation and immun genes were screened out which may play important roles in type 2 diabetes with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.4.
