Based On The Thought Of Zhang Zhongjing Protecting Yang-qi To Exploring The Theoretical And Clinical Treatment Mode Of Yang-deficiency Constitution

ObjiectiveBased on the Thought of protecting yang-qi in " Shanghan Zabing Lun" and the qualitative characteristics of clinical yang-deficiency constitution, then initial constructed the classic recipe treatment mode of Yang-deficiency constitution.Methods(1) Retrieval of ancient1iterature about Yang qualitative discussion, and Summary of Yang deficiency diseases therapeutics and recipe in "Shanghan Zabing Lun";(2) Based on the thought of " Shanghan Zabing Lun ", and combining clinical investigation in650cases with Yang Yang-deficiency constitution and tutor clinical experience, then initial constructed the classic recipe treatment mode of Yang-deficiency constitution. The data statistics used the SPSS16.0, and compared with independent-samples t test or one-wayANOVA.Results(1) There are a lot discussion of Yang-deficiency constitution in ancient times. The thought is originated from the " Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor", and developed "Shanghan Zabing Lun". Zhang Zhongjing not only attach importance to protection of yang-qi, will also be physical theory was first applied in clinic;(2) Yang deficiency constitution are usually the most vulnerable to seasonal changes and the fatigue factors leading to disease exacerbation or relapse;(3) Yang deficiency constitution is more common constitution type. The survey have shown that650patients are Yang deficiency constitution in2100cases, the total number of investigations30.95%. In most of those with physical Yang-deficiency constitution and other constitution existence, In650cases, there were106cases (16.31%) with single Yang-deficiency constitution, Yang deficiency with other constitution544cases (83.69%). Between the7clause Yang deficiency score of two groups have significant difference (p<0.01).Results suggest that the Yang-deficiency symptom of pure Yang-deficiency constitution is mild, but the complex constitution is heavy;(4)Yang-deficiency constitution and other constitution often appeared at the same time, but See more of Yang and Qi deficiency constitution. This survey present have shown that the single Yang-deficiency constitution has106cases (16.31%), Yang and Qi deficiency constitution has82cases (12.62%). Therefore clinical recipe of Yang deficiency constitution needs Protecting Yang-qi and qi-nourishing therapy in the same time;(5)"Shanghan Zabing Lun " presents the treatment principle of "reducing excess and supplementing insufficiency". This book has50classic recipes and43Chinese herbs related to the classic recipe of treating yang deficiency. Herbs mainly involving the glycyrrhizae, cinnamomi, ginger, processing aconite, zizyphi jujubae, zingiberis, aconite, atractylodis, poria, and ginseng;(6) The nursing method of Yang deficiency constitution is based on the principle of " treating cold syndrome with hot herbs", but "supplementing Yang-qi" should pay attention to:①According to the difference of person, time, and place;②"supplementing Yang-qi" while protecting spleen and stomach;③Protecting Yang-qi and nourishing qi therapy in the same time e;④Diet or medication use carefully Diaphoresis, Vomit, Purgative, and Clearing heat. If a syndrome mixed with deficiency of healthy and excess of pathogenic, needs simultaneous application of purgation and tonification;⑤The treatment of Yang-deficiency constitution should balance between work and rest, and harmony between man and nature.Conclusion(1) Zhang Zhongjing developed the constitution thought on the" Yellow Emperor's Canon, and used combinated this theory and clinical practice in the first time, and summarized many fine recipes and treatments of adjustment Yang-deficiency. The thought and therapy of Zhang zhong-jing protecting Yang-qi has the important guiding significance and clinical practicability in the book;(2) Yang-deficiency constitution should attach importance to protecting Yang-qi. If Yang-qi deficiency, will have many diseases. Therefore, actively improving Yang-deficiency constitution's physical condition that will has the vital significance to the improvement of life quality and the disease control.
