In order to investigate the drug's effect of strengthen the body resistance, mice Delayed hypersensitivity caused by dinitrochlorbenzene, englobe function of macrophage, hemolysin test, mice swiizaing lasting time and tolerance hypoxia in ordinary pressure were observed. result: PeiBenNingPei capsule can obviously improve the rats'body weight, drink water, the secrete of SIgA in respiratory tract and various pathologic condition. It can obviously restrain the cavys'cough reaction which caused by spray sodium citrate, can obviously improve the output of phenolsulfonphthalein in respiratory tract, prolong the incubation period of asthma caused by phosphoric acid histamine, can obviously restrain the auricle's swelling caused by dimethylbenzene and toe swelling induced by eggs white, can obviously reinforce the cellular immunity and humoral immunity, can obviously prolong the swimming time of mice. can obviously prolong the hypoxia survival period under ordinary pressure. Conclusion: PeiBenNingFei capsule can obviously relieve cough and asthma, resolve phlegm, anti-inflammation, anti-stress as well as improve obviously organic immunity function.
