Experimental Research. The Bushenhuoxue The Mechanism Of Diabetic Impotence Rat Penile Smooth Muscle Organization

Object: To explor the mechanism of the formula of tonifying the kidney and circulating blood in preventing and treating erectile dysfuction(ED) rat caused by Diabetes Meltitus(DM).Methods: We adopt the rat of ED combine with DM by built with STZ as model, and divided model animals into several different groups respectivly: 1. the formula of tonifying the kidney and circulating blood in high dosage group; 2. the formule of tonifying the kidney and circulating blood in low dosage group; 3. DameiDang group; 4. Da meikang with Aniong group; 5. Normal contolled group; 6. Model group. To observe the effect on the serum blood sugar, blood rheologic index, baccharificating hemoglobin, sexual hormon, blood fat and influence on some other indexes of rat's corpus songiosum penis smooth muscles, such as: iNOS, Bax, Bcl-2, TGF- P ,, CPP32, ?-SMA, PDE5 expression with the formula of tonifying the kidney and circulating blood.Results: 1. The formula of tonifying the kidney and circulating index, lower blood fat, blood sugar, hemoglobin. And sexual hormon. dsring these indexes, the effect on blood rheogic index, blood fat, saccharificating hemoglobin are more obvious and better than DameiKang group and DameiKang with Anxiong group.2. The formula of tonifying the kidney and circulating blood can increase Bcl-2,a -SMA, iNOS protein expression, inhibit CPP32, Bax, PDE5 and TGF- P protein expression, it's efficiency is better than DameiKang group and DameiKang with Anxiong group.3. The formula of tonifying the kidney and circulating blood can reduce the amount of collagen in corpus songiosurn penis tissue, increase the amount of2smooth muscle cells.4.
