Clinical Research On Clinical Diabetic Nephropathy Treated With Reinforcing Spleen And Tonifying Kidney, Circulating Blood And Decreasing The Turbid

Objective:To observe and confirm the effect on DN(clinical albuminuria period)mainly by applying the treatment of reinforcing spleen,tonifying kidney,circulating blood and decreasing the turbid combined with modern medicine.Methods:Sixty patients were choosen by Mogensen stardards for research,and according to syndrome differentiation they pertained to the syndrome of asthenia of spleen and kidney,blood and the turbid stasis.The patients were randomly divided into two groups and both treated with routine modern medicine that cure diabetes.The control group(30 patients)were treated with niaoduqing granule and the treatment group were given herb soups named Tangshenping.Two months was regarded as a course.Observe the changes in the symptom and signs,also changes in the laboratory indexes such as blood sugar,HbAlc,blood lipids, kidney function,24 hours urinalbumin quantity,and make record.Results:1.The total effect of the treatment group is 86.7%,while the effect of the control group is 66.7%,and there is a remarkable difference between them(p<0.05).2.The total effect of Tangshenping improving clinical symptom is 90.0%,while the effect of the control group is 66.7%,there is also a remarkable difference beween them(P<0.05).3.It showed certain effect on decreasing blood sugar and HbAlc in the treatment group,but there is no remarkable difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Tangshenping can improve blood lipid,blood fluidity,kidney function and eliminate urine protein.There is a remarkable difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical research can offer a new idea and enrich the theory of TCM in treating clinical diabetic nephropathy.It affirms that Tangshenping can reinforce spleen,tonify kidney and circulate blood,decrease the turbid.The treatment method is worthy further study.
