| Objective: To evaluate efficacy and safety of Bidaweishu capsule by main pharmacology and toxiology research, and provide foundation for clinical trials and application in treating chronic superficial gastritis by the capsule.Methods: Main pharmacodynamics experiments include the therapeutic action, gastroenteric motive function, analgetic funtion and antiinfl-ammatory funtion experiments. Through rat experimental chronic gastritis model, different dosage groups, model group, control group are set up. Toxicology experiments include the longterm toxicity experiment (observe 90 days) and accute toxicity experiment (observe 7 days). Experimental animals are first class SD rats and first class Kunming species mice. Route of medication is pour the different dosages of the capsule into animals's stomachs.Result: Bidaweishu capsule has the obvious therapeutic action of treatment chronic superficial gastritis, at the same time.it can double regulate the disfunction of gastroenteric motive function, and it has the obvious function of antiinflammatory and analgetic. Accute toxicity experiment shows that the maximum tolerance dose of the capsule is 600 times than man's day dose(60 Kg body weight).Longterm toxicity experiment shows that the capsule has low toxicity, the clinical dose is safe. |
