Objectives: The research aim to prove the efficacy of CaiPing capsule in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis, and to approach its role at strengthening the defence mechanism of the stomach mucosa, and to provide the theories foundation for its clinic application by the animal experiment.Method: The 100 kunming male mouses be divided into 5 groups(n=20) at random in this experiment: model group, ChaiPing capsule high quantity group, ChaiPing capsule low quantity group, Chinese medicine comparision group, west medicine comparison group. The mouses of each group be feeding with 0.1% ammonia aqueous solution and 20mmol/L sodium deoxycholate solution by alternation and matching the abnormal method of hungry the and satisfied(the adequacy diet of two days, the absolute diet of one day) for 6 weekseses in order to build the small mouse model of CSG(chronic superficial gastritis). After building the mold success, in addition to the model group, the mouses of each group be feed at intragastric administration for 4 weeks continuously, then to observe the general condition of each mouse and variation of the organizing pathology, and to measure the hexosamine's content of the stomach mucosa.Result: The experiment copy the small mouse model of CSG by comprehend method of building mold successfully, which its histomorphology consistent with pathology standard of CSG.1.
