Primary liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor in the world,which is called "King ofcarcinomas.lt is severe harmful to the people's health in our country.The clinic and experiment research showed that treating liver carcinoma with integrated Chinese and western medicine is better in effectless of side effect compared with operation,radiation and chemotherapy merely.According to this,new advance.research thought and method of treating liver cancer by integrated Chinese and western medicine is analysized in this research article.New thought in treating liver cancer with integrated Chinese and western medicine of differentiation and treatment of method is raised based on the research.Experimental seudies were done to observe the effect of main comperent of Pishuang Arsenic trioxide(As2O3) to angiogenesis of liver cancer with cell and molecular biology technology.The article is divided into two parts.The first part is the theory research which mainly discussed the effect and position of differentiation and treatment of method in the treating of liver cancer with integrated Chinese and western medicine based on new advance.research thought and method of treating liver cancer by integrated Chinese and western medicine.The second part is the experimental research which observed the effect of As2O3 to angiogenesis of liver cancer with modern technology and method.Morphology.such as light microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, and FCM.MTT technique were used to observe the effect of As2O3 on the vascular endothelial cell proliferation by culture media of liver cancer cell.Chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane technique was used to observe the effect of As2O3 to angiogenesis in chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane.lmmunohistochemistry was used to observe the effect of As2O3 on the expression of VEGF,integrin Bl,E-cadherin,EGFR the surface of liver cancer cell and vascular endothelial cell.The results reveal the mechanism of treating liver cancer and prevention the recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer by As2O3.
