Acquired subepideraal buttoas diseases (SBD) are c(?)inica(?)y rare, chronic dermat(?)se(?)s and liabl(?) to cause (?)isdiagnosis. Soaetiaes conventional (?)stopatho(?)ogic and (?)unof (?)uoresc(?)nt test can(?)ot confir(?) the diagnosis as well. In order to further i(?)prove the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases and (?)ake sure of their freq(?)ency, this article describes the clinica(?) (?)anif(?)s(?)ations and (?)aboratory findings of S(?) cases in our clinic fr(?) 1989 to 1991. According to the clinical and histopathalgical exa(?)ination, direct or indirect (?)unof(?)res(?)ence test, and indirect i(?)unof(?)orescence with 1.(?)N Na(?)t-sp(?)it h(?)an skin as a s(?)strate, 1(?)9 cases were diag(?)osed and c(?)assified. Biops(?)es from p(?)ritesionat skin of these patients were examined by direct i(?)noftu(?)rescence (DIF) tasting and i(?)unor(?)actant depositions were detected at BMZ in 83 cases. in other 17 cases there were no i(?)oreactants detected at BMZ, a(?)though they also presented clinically classic autoi(?)ne SBD and had a good response to corticosteroid or dapsone (DDS) therapy. Sixty-five of 100 patie(?)ts had anti-BMZ autoantibodies in their sera detected with indirect i(?)noft(?)or(?)scence (IIF) using NaC(?)-sptit skin as substrates. Seventeen of 100 sera were exaaine(?) with regular IIF and NaC(?)-sp(?)t skin IIF in the (?)eanwhite. In 10/17 sera were fo(?)d (?)at anti-BMZ antibodies with IIF,13/17 sera had antibodies demonstrated with Nad-split skin IIF. The res(?)t showed that as a substrate for IIF testing of ser(?), NaG(?)-separated tissu(?) was (?)re sen(?)tive than intact huaan skin for detection of anti-BMZ...
