The Metabolism Of The Anticancer Drug Different Indigo Into The Study

The metabolic biotransformation of meisoindigo, an antitumoragent with new chemical structure, was investigated both invitro and in vivo. The research was mainly concerned with the following subjects:1. Investigation of metabolic conditions of meisoindigo in vitro and development of an analytical method for screening its metabolitesA 3-methylcholanthrene(3-MC) treated rat liver microsome incubation system suitable for the metabolism of meisoindigo in vitro was first established, and then a method for screening meisoindigo metabolites in vitro using RP-HPLC DAD (photodiode array detector) with gradient elution was developed. Using this method, ten metabolites in the microsomal in(?)ubation were identified. Moreover, investigation of several factors affecting the metabolism of meisoindigo in vitro showed that the incubation time, incubation temperature, amount of meisoindigo and different inducers are the important ones.2.
