BackgroundPhotodynamic therapy(PDT) is a new method for cancer treatment. Besides killing effect on tumor cell and antiangiogenesis, PDT can induce the host antitumor immune response. Preclinical studies have shown that PDT of Tumor auguments the host specific antitumor immune response. Further study shows that in a preclinical vaccine model PDT-generated tumor cell lysates are more effective than other traditional vaccines . In vitro PDT-generated tumor cell lysates are able to induce DC maturation , activate DCs to express more IL-12 and generate specific antitumor immune response .Proteomics represents a powerful methodological approach to investi -gate the expression of all proteins of a cell, body fluid or organism. It is more and more mature and efficient. It provide a novel method to find out specific antigens in vaccines.Objective1,To investigate the effect of ALA-PDT on cell proliferation of four human ovarian carcinoma lines in vitro. To study the optimal drug concertration and irradiation power density for PDT-generated human ovarian carcinoma cell lysates .2,To investigate the PDT-generated human ovarian carcinoma cell lysates induce cellular immune respose in vitro.3,To analyze the proteomic profiling of PDT-generated human ovarian carcinoma cell lysates, discover specific proteins.Methods...
