With the progress and development of society,people have an increasingly fast pace of life and stronger sense of competition,and more attention has been drawn on psychosomatic phenomena.Today,with the gradual transformation of medical mode,the internal mechanism of Chinese medicinal emotional theories,and the psychological physiology of the pathogenesis of modern psychosomatic phenomena,has reached the same goal by different routes.The emotion-cause-disease theory and its treatment have an in-estimable significance and great clinical value to today's psychosomatic phenomena' treatment.The ancient medical records of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is the importanct part of the literatures of TCM,and makes great function in spreading to accept and guiding clinic etc.And to our today's teaching, research and clinic have guidance and enlightenment function.It's no time to delay to carry out qualitative breakthrough on development of TCM,with building up the database of Chinese medical records,in allusion to concrete problems,choosing suitable mathematical analyses and data mining research approaches to analyzing and mining real worthy knowledges.This research focuses on the psychosomatic phenomena of ancient medical emotion-related records,starting the main symotoms and common herbal medicines, emphasizes on the mathematical analyses of "disease-symptom-medicine" to the relevant information,studies and researches the characteristics and relationships of "disease-syndrome-sympton-treatment",analyzing and mining the rules of "sympton-treatment" of psychosomatic phenomena.And enrich and sciently explain Chinese medicinal emotional theories,accordingly provide important datas for the research of Chinese medicine psychosomatic phenomena. 1.ObjectivesMathematical analyses and data research approaches are used in analyzing the rules of "sympton-treatment" of psychosomatic phenomena in ancient emotion-related medical records.2.MethodsThe research objects are the psychosomatic phenomena in the ancient emotionrelated medical records.In order to collect relevant psychosomatic phenomena medical records taking body symptom as main symptom from the original ancient medical records,and to set up a new database,we based on "Zhong Hua Yi Dian" and the documents of "Zhongguo Yi Ji Kao",supplement some important records to "Zhong Hua Yi Dian",using the "seven modes of emotion" of Chinese pathogeny internal injury and other synonyms and parasynonyms. 1,332 entries are collected from 115 copies of medical dictionaries and books. Analyses have been done on different aspects,like symptom,gender,age, inducement,therapy and medicine,etc.,that quoted from the original medical records.By the SAS8.0 software programming,the text data is converted to the digital variable as 1 and 0 respectively.And finally complete the frequency analysis,the factor analysis,the canonical correlation analysis,the connection analysis,the link analysis.3.ResultsThis research draws the conclusion by mathematical and data analyses of 1,332 entries of ancient medical records of psychophysiolofical disorder, matches the basic Chinese Medicinal theories:A.General discussion1)Gender and age range:Female incidence of the disease is higher than the male,no obvious difference in age distribution.2)The onset emergency of the incidence:slow causes from worries and hones, a paroxysm of disease is more from anger,grief and terrify.3)The pathogeny and influencing factors of emotional syndrome:From general respect and sigle-pathogeny,anger is the most often causes,yearn,worries and terrify take the second place;From the respect of compound pathogeny of emotional syndrome,worries,terrifies and angry-thinking are the most often. Overstrain and constitutions are the common causes in developing the emotional diseases. 4)Symptoms of the medical document and records:Higher frequency on internal organs like spleen and stomach,secondarily,some gynaecological and windstroke disease,and some symptoms both the name of symptoms and the disease have higher frequency.5)Medication:Common herbal medicines are Liquorice,Poria and Angelica,etc..
