Telomerase has tumor emhancement on PHC.Gexiazhuyu is one of centuries-old prescriptions from "Yi Lin Gai Chuo" writtren by Wang Qingren in Qing Dynasty.The author found that it can rise suivival rate and improve life quality in the long clilical practise.This topic would discuss the possible mechanism of GXZYT,which restrain tumor,control expression of Telomerase and hepatocellular carcinoma cell related gene such as bax,bcl—2,P₅₃,etal.[Object](1)To discuss the effection of restrain tumor on HCC H₂₂rats by GXZYT.(2)To discuss the function of activate Telomerase by GXZYT.(3)To discuss the action of controlling HCC related gene expression.[Method]Through the model of HCC H₂₂rats,we can observe anticancer function of GXZYT,conculate anticancer rate respectively,study the change of tumor tissue and detect AFP,r—GT.Prepare laboratorial five groups blood serum and study the effection of SMMC—7721 hyperplasia,cell cycle,HCC related gene expression and activative Telomerase:pure serum,serum of Fufangbanmaojiaonang control group,serum of low strength GXZYT,serum of middle strength GXZYT,serum of high strength GXZYT.[Result]1 GXZYT and Fufangbanmaojiaonang both have obviously tumor restrain on HCC H₂₂rats,comparing with the negative group,which have statistics Meaning(P＜0.01);result of AFP and r—GT,comparing with the masculine group,has Statistics Meaning(P＜0.01).2 The function of activate Telomerase by GXZYT,comparing with the control group,A data of the three GXZYT groups and Fufangbanmaojiaonang group are all obviously lower(p＜0.05orp＜0.01).It indicates that these four groups could control SMMC-7721 cell Telomerase activation,high level GXZYT group has Statistics Meaning(P＜0.01).3 High and middle level GXZYT groups and Fufangbanmaojiaonang group could restrain HCC cell SMMC—7721 hyperplasia,P＜0.05;GXZYT has effection of SMMC—7721 cell cycle,which could control cancer related gene and have Statistics Meaning(P＜0.01).[Conclusion]1 GXZYT has obviously tumor restrain on HCC H₂₂rats.2 GXZYT could control HCC cell hyperplasia,and accelerate cell apoptosis.3 One of the mechanisms is that through controlling human HCC cell related gene,GXZYT could accelerate human HCC cell apoptosis.
