Objective:To study the regulation of telomerase activity and correlations of p16 and bcl-2 gene expression of SGTR in H22 tumor-bearing mice. Methods: Adopting the experiment method inside the body, taking forty kunming mice inbred linex, half male and half female. The mice were randomly divided into four groups, there were ten in each group, separately for model group, ctx group, Chinese medincine group and combination treatment group. Every mice of each group were injected with tumor cell suspension in 0.2ml into the mice,s right anterior limbs; Ten other mice were selected as normal control group. STGR was douched to H22 tumor bearing model mice. We observed the tumor growth inhibitory rate and the index of thymus and spleen. After treated for ten days, we picked up the eyeball for blood, and measured the consistency of telomerase in serum applying ELISA method when we observed the influence of SGTR acting on the cytokine.Then we execute the mice to get the tumor for calculating and calculate the ratio of anti-tumor. To observate the impact on the expression of p16 and bcl-2 in H22 tumor cells by method of immunohistochemistry.Results:â‘ The SGTR can increase the expression level of P16, which has obviously different (p<0.01) compared with the model group; And reduce the expression of bcl-2, which has obviously different (p<0.01) compared with the model group too.â‘¡Compared with the model group, the tumor growth inhibitory rate of SGTR has obviously different (p<0.01). The radio of anti-tumor was 39.74%.â‘¢The SGTR can also regulate the telomerase activity in H22 tumor-bearing mice. Compared with the model group, the tumor growth inhibitory rate of SGTR has obviously different (p<0.01).Conclusion: The SGTR can regulate the expression of P16 and bcl-2 in H22 tumor cells, so that make the rumor cells apoptosis to show the anti-tumor fuction. SGTR can reduce the telomerase activity in H22 tumor-bearing mice.
