Strategy is connected with company's wholly developing targets and long-term profits. Every successful company has a good strategy, while defeat companies often have wrong strategies. So SZG hospital also must draw up a set of useful strategies to have a good future. According to the normal course of strategy managing, considering the background of the industry and SZG hospital, the essay analyzes briefly the outside environment of SZG hospital, which includes policy, economy, technology and culture environment. Then, the essay introduces Michael Porter's five-strength model to analyze outside environment systematically. At last, it concludes that the hospital is facing medium degree risk now, but the risk will increase.
