Objective:The researeh was studied in having summed up the chronic pelvicinflammatory disease(CPID)forth on the basis to study a general situationfrom ancient times to modern times,the purpose was to explore theYankeNing V curing CPID effect mechanism.Methods:Adopt chronic common CPID pathogenic bacteria-bacillus coli,staphylococcus aureus,hemolysis streptococcus B to have establish the CPIDrats model.Successfully.Female Wistar rats were randomly classified intothe following different groups:the normal group,the simulative modelgroup,the model group,the high dose of YankeNingVgroup,the mediumdose of YankeNing V group,the low dose of YankeNing V group and thecontrol group of Chinese medieine.Applied glossy microscope and electronmicroscope respectively to detect the ultrastruetural changes of uterus ofevery group rats.The expressiom ofBax,NF-KB and ICAM-1 was detectedwith the method of immunohistochemistry.The content of TNF-a and IL-10of serum was detected with the method of ELISA and the content of SOD inserum was detected with the method of xanthine oxidase.The expressiom ofINF-γmRNA,NF-κB mRNA和ICAM-1 mRNA in uterus was by RT-PCR.Results:Compared with the model group,the three YankeNing V groups canobviously relieve hyperemia,edema and adherence,and accelerate therecovery of the tissues.The effete of the low dose of YankeNing V group andthe medium dose of YankeNing V group were superior to the control group ofChinese medicine(p<0.05);The expressiom of Bax,NF-κB and ICAM-lin themedium dose of the YankeNing V groupe had notable difference with themodel group,the high dose group of the YankeNing V and the control groupof Chinesemedicine(p<0.05);The YankeNingVgroupe obviously decreased the expression of NF-KB and ICAM-1 mRNA(p<0.05);The contents ofTNF-a,IL-10 of the low dose of YankeNing V group and the medium dose oftheYankeNing V in serum was obviously lower than the model group,thehigh dose group of YankeNing V group and the control group of Chinesemedieine group (P<0.05);The contents of SOD of the medium dose oftheYankeNing V in serum was significantly better than the model group,thehigh dose group of YankeNing V group and the control group of Chinesemedieine group (P<0.05).Conc IU sions:Through this experiment,we can have the explainions:the YankeNing Vrelieve hyperemia,edema and adherence,and accelerate recovery of thetissues;The YankeNing V can obviously decrease NF-κB and its down streamproducts(ICAM-l,TNF-a,L-10,INF-γ);The YankeNing V can promote theexpression of Bax,and promote apoptosis of inflammatory cell;TheYankeNing V increase the aetivity of SOD,and aceelerate clearningoXradical;The YankeNing V treats CPID by inhibiting NF-κB and the relevantinflammatory medium,promoting apoptosis inflammatory cell and cleaningoxygen radical.The research has improved that the defined formula-Yankening V was effective when treating the common gynecologicaldisease-chronic pelvic inflammataotry disease (CPID).The YankeNingVisthe effective prescription for curing CPID.
