But how to choose the best method is worth to be investigated. Since lumbar disc herniation is a chronic disease and concerning about. The balance disruption of bone structure, and Western Medicine may treated with hormones, desiccation, local blocking, and analgesic drugs, especially in the acute episode phase. We insist that TCM complex treatment and therapeutics, can really aim at the pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation and recover the balance of movement and statics. We have studied the lumbar disc herniation of hepatic and renal yin deficiency because it is the most common disease and categorical diagnosis, but there is no ideal drug and method of Western Medicine. We will continue study other lumbar disc herniation according to the investigation, and formulate the simple, reasonable, good effect project of lumbar disc herniation in the diagnosis and therapeutics.So We can spread this method in domestic and rise the diagosis and therapy levels of other lumbar disc herniation. Method100 patients of lumbar disc herniation of hepatic and renal yin deficiency were distributed in two groups randomly. The experimental group was treated by Three-dimensional main ridge of the therapy combined with professor deng's nourishing yin and freeing the network vessels. The indication and contraindication should be obeyed strictly in each step.The control group was treated only by traction and Western Medicine, that is futalin,75mg, qd. If the patient had the history of gastritis, it is necessary to take weishuping,2 pills, qd.This study follows the principle of randomized controlled, prospective study methodology, based on random search order table income, according to 1:1 ratio assigned to experimental and control groups.
