With the development of Internet technology, Web digital resources are increasingly sizeable and diversified,The requirements of resource gain are also getting greater. Faced with the large number of semi-structured and even unstructured resources, we need to integrate them and build the interoperability among the information sources. The way of overcoming the semantic heterogeneity among digital information resources is to use ontology to integrate the semantics environment of the local nodes, but a single ontology is hardly to describe and express characteristics of various fields of knowledge, it must involve a number of domain ontology to annotate digital information resources, will Will inevitably lead to multiple heterogeneous knowledge databases.Ontology mapping is a method to solve the problem of heterogeneous multi-domain ontology. Ontology mapping can be seen as a view of ontology from different angles or different applications to different tasks and applications. In Distributed environments building ontology mapping can achieve sharing and exchange the basic task between different ontology. Using knowledge map in the process of ontology mapping, not only the heterogeneous domain ontology can be mapped to the knowledge map, link each other in the layer of the knowledge map, but also the semantic relations of multi-domain ontology can be mapped into the knowledge map, finally complete the semantic integration, solve the problems of semantic heterogeneity.In this paper, the author firstly makes a literature review and analyzes the existing research and development trends of digital information resources semantic interconnection. By analysing the existent problems, the article put forward a way to solve the problems of digital information resources semantic interconnection based on knowledge map technology. And then further explore the theoretical basis of this article, including semantic Web, ontology construction and knowledge map etc. Secondly, the author analyses detailedly to the Semantic Web ontology construction and the semantic annotation f digital information resources. Proposed a integrated method of domain ontology construction and improve the model of concept semantic similarity: MD4.Finally, this paper proposes a idea based on knowledge mapping technology to solve the problems of heterogeneous multi-domain ontology between digital information resources, analyses detailedly the process and the policy from the domain ontology to the knowledge map, and also the frame model. Then demonstrated and built this vision. This dissertation is divided into 7 chapters:Chapter I is introduction, based on definitude the background and research value, reviewed the current research status , and put forward the research content and method, research technique path.Chapter II is the literature review on multi-domain ontology semantic interconnection based on knowledge map technique. Analyzed and summarized the theories of this article, including semantic Web, ontology construction and knowledge map, constructed the whole theoretical research frame of the article, laid a solid theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper.Chapter III is the construction of multi-domain ontology under semantic web. This chapter based on a detailed comparative analysis in the basic method and thinking of the semantic web ontology construction, put forward integrated method of domain ontology construction.Chapter IV is information resources annotation of multi-domain ontology and the calculation of the conceptual similarity. This chapter based on the introduction of multi-domain ontology semantic annotation thread and model, described the basic theory of the concept semantic similarity and improved the model of concept semantic similarity: MD4.Chapter V is the solutions of Knowledge-map-based multi-domain ontology semantic interconnect. This part first discusses the clustering of the semantic web multi-domain ontology, then analyses detailedly the process and the policy from the domain ontology to the knowledge map, Proposed ontology-knowledge-map-based semantic interconnection model.Chapter VI is empirical study. Case in Joyo, this chapter shows the feasibility of the solutions of Knowledge-map-based multi-domain ontology semantic interconnect, and the practical significance of the model.Chapter VII is conclusion and prospect, makes a conclusion to this paper, and looks forward in the future.The research work in the future are as follows: firstly, we should consummate Ontology development, requires more than standardized procedures, also need to have the compatibility and interoperability; secondly, it need more comprehensive in the process and the policy from the domain ontology to the knowledge map, so we can ensure that the ontology domain ontology knowledge map is a reflection of the correct and complete; thirdly, the construction of knowledge map is a large and verbose process, it needs a lot of manpower and time.
