The 21century consists of "Global Culture" which intertwines world's diverse cultures altogether. The development of technology along with the internet has allowed us to keep up with what's happening across the globe in real time hence interaction and possession of countering cultures are no longer of unnatural behavior. Accordingly research and interests in regards to "culture" have been on the rise.Dance, playing crucial role in culture, has co-developed with history of mankind, and its significance in distinctive society and culture has been acknowledged even in today's era. This, of course is because dance is an inseparable physical act of human.Dance archeology, derived from archeologists'interest in dance and danceologists'research in archeology, focuses on evaluation of mankind and the research techniques.Research of dance archeology discusses dance upon cultural background and evaluates its value, and also recognizes different dances of different ethnics and nations which is foundation of understanding culture and society. Such research also suggests theories and methods of evaluating the role of dance with understanding fundamental basics of dance, theories of analyzing dance, cultural transformation of dance, and relationship between dance and history.This research on Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance will shed light on new perspective of international community in this global era and method of co-existing in respective manners. Understanding of each other's dance will inevitably become the academic ground to benefit the globalization. Furthermore, such research will contribute to understanding world's diverse ethnic tribes with relative perspective and cultural relativism, and away from ethnocentrism and biases against the others and their cultures.This research which stems from the dance-archeological perspective consists of the introduction, body (seven chapters) and conclusion. Introduction deals with objective and the necessity of the research, trend of related research, theory and structure of dance archeology, and finally the research method and research record.The first and second chapters of the body look into periodic background of Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance and their characteristics. Chapter three analyzes and compares distinctive feature of Chinese Cho-sun tribe and Korean creative dance. Chapter four sheds light on existing systemic problems in regards to protection of immaterial cultural heritages in China and Korea by looking at registered immaterial cultural heritages and characteristics of their protection procedures and system in both countries. Chapter five stresses importance of cultural exchange including dance interchange between Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance, by investigating the current status, and proposes alternatives for efficient and systemic exchange activities. Chapter six suggests potentials of brand making Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance through internal and external evaluations with Brand theory, which is crucial in stepping into the world stage, and lastly chapter seven proposes alternative methods for co-globalization of Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance.Through such research, several comparable articles regarding Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance are in progress of completion, and necessary ground sources are also provided. Furthermore, this research is worthy in that it will bring forth globalization of Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance and is expected to have the following importance and applications.First, from dance archeology perspective, with Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance as subjects of the research, characteristics of these dances will be evaluated based on their cultural background, which will provide meaningful and cultural fact and core value of them.Second, as Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance have originated from the same root, for the convenience of understanding traditional dance, registered immaterial cultural dance heritage of Chinese Cho-sun tribe and intangible cultural dance heritage of Korea shall be observed, and provide fundamental sources to look into traditional dance preserving status and its successions.Third, by analyzing brand making procedures of Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance, theoretical grounds for national propaganda and world stage with nations'images shall be provided and bring together empirical research in this field.Fourth, importance of interchange between Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance shall be stressed and fundamental sources to energize such exchange shall be provided to enhance the understanding of the two and propose consistent and logical interchange method.Fifth, by proposing alternative solutions for international exchange and globalization of Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance, path for co-development shall be sought.21st century is the century of culture. In this era where space and time matter no more, each nation is involved in cultural war, rather than cultural competition. This is indeed, the era of cultural hegemony. In this path, analytical research of two very closely related (regionally and historically) and yet quite different Chinese Cho-sun tribe dance and Korean dance will be of help in developing mutual understanding of each other and eliminating cultural conflict of Cho-sun tribe between China and Korea. Also, in reflection to the reality where such research has not been conducted in mass quantity, further in-depth analytical research is of course crucial in making the cultural progress of the nation and providing new creative imaginations to the world's citizens for developing the global culture.
