This thesis explores the bamboo slips of the Warring States ,the Qin and the Han Dynasty .which were unearthed during the 20th century.The whole paper consists of three parts:Preface .Texts and Verdict. The text includes five chapters. In the first chapter , we try to describe the present situation of the bamboo slips , the history of the science of the bamboo slips. The second compares Laozi written on the bamboo slips from Chu State Tomb at Guodian with Laozi present-day. The third researches the comments on Books of Song,an article from the bamboo slips of Chu State collected by the Shanghai Museum , explores the Book of Song written on bmboo slips unearthed in the Han Tomb at Fuyang. The fourth studies bamboo slips from Baoshan.Tianxingguan and Wangshan. There are those recording activities of divination and magic prayer ,in many cases .mentioning the names of divinities and sprits,which constitute greatly significant material to the study of Chu people' folklore and religious belief. The writer believes that Quyuan had already accepted the thoughts of the Confucius-School originated from Northern China. The fifth further studies three Cifu: texts: Tangle, the Rules of Conduct for Official ,A Crow Goddess . The writer thinks that the author of Tangle is Songyu, the Cifu by Songyu are genuine, the Rules of Conduct for Official had been made when Lu Bu-wei held power of the Qin State ,the crowd goddess is the only Han FU telling a table which fills a vacancy.This thesis follows the important principle proposed by Prof. Wang Zhong-ling in his works "new methodology about literature research"Tthat the progress of literary history is based on the originated ecosystem is woven into the research to avoid preoccupied opinion or theory in interpreting , attempts to combine the history study and theoretical illustration.
