This paper refers to the concept "experience" .which is considered as the logical starting point of this paper .On the base of explanation of the concept "experience" , it further tries to probe into the developmental history of the concept "experience" and the important significance of researching aesthetic experience. It also probes into the relationship and differ rence between exper ience and knowledge and between aesthetic exper ience and non-aesthetic experience and so on. It also refers to some questions about inherent law and internal relations of aesthetic experience itself.The first part "on ontology of aesthetic experience" aims to probe into inherent law and internal relations of aesthetic experience from micro scope. Th i s part ma i n I y d i scusses the quest i ons of essence , spec i f i c property and layers of aesthetic experience. The author' s opinions are as follows: The essence of aesthetic experience is transcendence; Aesthetic experience has four specific properties. They are the properties of emotion, intuit ion, integration and creation; Aesthetic experience can be divided roughly into three layers. They are direct experience, identity experience and introspective experience.The second part "aesthetic experience and non-aesthetic experience " uses the analytical method of sociology for the purpose of probing into the relationship and differrence between aesthetic experience and dai ly experience, between aesthetic experience and moral experience and between aesthetic experience and religious experience from macro scope, that is, this part aims to probe into external law and external relations of aesthetic experience. This part wants to explane this question: All kinds of experiences are closely related,and meanwhile they are transformable.
