This dissertation is discussing the reforms of the local administrative reginalization and institutions during the Qing dynasty. It aims to discuss the feature of the local administration during the Qing dynasty for analyzing the reason of it.Two sections mainly organize the dissertation.Section one discusses the main administrative regionalization system reforms of the Qing dynasty. It combines from below. Firstly, it explains the regional changes and institutional confirmation of the Zong Du (总ç£) and Xun Fu (巡抚). Secondly, it probes into the relationship between the Zhi Li Zhou (ç›´éš¶å·ž) and the Fu (府). Thirdly, it analyzes the creation and readjustment of the Shou Dao (守é“) and Xun Dao (å·¡é“) as the branch-offices of the provincial authorities.Section two researches the transitions of the provinces in details, including the twenty-three provinces which had existed in the Qing dynasty, together with their Fu, and all the Zhi Li Zhou and Zhi Li Ting.The dissertation restores the basic dynamic administrative regionalization reform process of the Qing dynasty by the completely analyze and gets the main reason of it at last.It is easy to understand that the problems discussed are very important for today society because the Qing period is so close to us. Not only we can learn from it and avoid some primary problem, but also we can research some problems, which not were solved well. We can explain the reaction and readjustment from central and local governments through the administrative changes. Then, the theme as to the relationship between central authorities and local government can be understood clearly by the efforts of the dissertation. |
