Due to the important function in advising worker's revitalizing trader, the fair was to be considered as an important carrier of revitalizing industry and a dream which industry could save the nation in modern China , so China's fair developed rapidly on the earth of China and spread over the whole country. Attending oversea matches and holding domestic fairs extensively, Chinese people had combined with goods and culture , material progress and spiritual civilization together. At the same time it was initial large-scale international social activities participated with the formal independence .equal identity of China too. The fair is like a mirror taking out the disparity between modern China and countries all over the world, It had played an important role in promoting the world know China, especially China know the world, and had a great influence in the course of China's modernization. This dissertation attempts to be a bit more practical with Chen Qi and modern China's fair, applying the method of using the real example and relatively studying to investigate the modern China's fair undertaking wholly.
