Anshi's Rebellion is the indication of the new epoch to the poetry. Researching on the poetry of this certain period is significant to understand the literary change from Prosperous Tang-dynasty to Dali period and even the Mid-tang -dynasty. When it comes to the current situation of research, it's a pity that the scholars have set great store by the Prosperous Tang-Poetry and Dili-Poetry, while little store by the turn of the poetry between these two periods, the poetic creations during and around the war. It's just the purpose to write this dissertation.The first chapter points out that, from the analysis on the political, economic, and the cultural problems lurking in the late Xuanzong's reign, the Anshi's Rebellion is a historical tool that made the problems visible. The outstanding social problems were that the imperial power was being ever-lost and the centralization of authority was ever-diminishing, at the same time, the different races' culture made a successfully incursion. Under these circumstances, the sensible poets started to create poetry with rational cognition and consideration about the whole society.The second chapter wants to find out the information which can represent the epoch-changing by observing the creation of the Prosperous Tang poets during the late Xuanzong's reign. Their poems show that the Prosperous Tang poets interweaved their disappointed official career, the anxiety to the political situation, the sympathy to the people, and the denounce to the illegal war altogether. They surmounted their own feelings and mingled their passion to the state, themselves and the people. It is the starting point of the poets' psychological turning, meanwhile, it is the beginning of the Anshi's rebellion literature.The third chapter talks about the political, economic and cultural changes in the Anshi's rebellion, which is regarded as the turning point in Tang Dynasty, as well as the whole Chinese history. The war caused the further diminishing of the centralization of authority, which discredited the imperial government's prestige and weakened its control.
