Yongwu Poetry (poems sung about things) is an imporant type in the ancient poems area. Thesis will examine the development history of Yongwu Poetry before Song Dynasty. It will try to find the thread of the Yongwu Poetry before Song Dynasty, and the poetry character of different times.The whole text is devided into three parts ,that is introduction,four chapters,conclusion.The introduction is summarized to history and present research situation of the Yongwu Poetry , and carries on the boundary calmly of the poetry , with object , purpose and the meaning of clearly and definitely research on the foundation that forefathers studied the at the same time.Chapter 1 The sprout period of Yongwu Poetry:Pre-Qin DynastyThe Chapter mainly seeks the imporant influence by Shi Jing,Qu yuan's works,Xun Zi's Fu.Firstly,Yongwu Poetry originates from the describtion of Shi Iing.Secondly, Qu yuan create the Bi Xing tradition ,on the foundation of Shi Jing.Thirdly, Xun Kuang'Fu embody riddle characteristic and it is the fountainhead of the Yongwu Poetry riddle.Chapter 2 The form and development period:Han Dynasty,Wei JinYongwu Poemtry which takes root in the rich soil of Pre-Qin Dynasty, erupt simultaneously and gradually in Han Dynasty,Wei Jin. The Western Han Dynasty poesy is developed slowly, so Yongwu Poetry doesn't form. We call it Yongwu Lei poetry. With the development from the man of letters's poesy,Yongwu Poetry form at Eastern Han Dynasty.In that time,there are not only poems which are used to metaphor people,such as Zhang Heng's Yuan Poem and Chai Yong's Kingfisher ,but also some poems which are used to describ things,such as Ancient Poem (Si Zuo Qie Muo Xuan).As there are a lot of Yongwu Poems in Wei Jin ,so the Yongwu Poetry enters a new stage.Chapter 3 The Thriving particular period:Southern and Northern DynastyNo matter quantity or the quality ,Yongwu Poetry has all had to raise and developvery greatly with preceding generation.It comes into a thriving period. Pre-Liang Yongwu Poetry develop in a open environment, Gong Ti Poetry has an imporant effect on the Liang-Chen Yongwu Poetry,not only in the subject matter content,but also in the artistic form.Section 4 Yongwu Poetry in Northern DynastyThough the quantity of Yongwu Poetry in Northern Dynasty and poets are very few ,the Yongwu Poetry belongs to the scope of Southern Dynasty.With the development between North and South, the Southern Dynasty style of writing occupies the leading position.The poets in Southern are almost the old ministers,they still keep their writing style even if they arrive at Norhern Dynasty.
