Wang Bi And Its Literary Studies

This thesis is composed of two parts : the main body and the appendixThe main body of the thesis consists of introduction part and five chapters of the principle part.The introduction part briefly reviews the history of the research, object and introduces the significance of the thesis's selected topic and the value of the research.In chapter one it tries to verify and argue the point about the lost writings of the the book Zhouyi and put forward some different view to the related research, combining argumentation and verification it discusses the related lost writings from the point of philosophy and suitably evaluates them in the history. In addition, there's a new piece of Wangbi's writing was found from the item of "the third year of Zhuanggong" in the book of and its value in the philosophy history is expounded and proved.In chapter two the two points of Wangbi's thought —the view of "time" and the view of "strong and gentle" are discriminated concretely, in chapter three the acceptance and evaluation of Wangbi's study of from the Wei and Jin dynasty to Tang dynasty is discussed. The acceptance and evaluation of Wangbi's study of in different period is described in this part. The artistic value of Wangbi's essay of commentary and subcommentary and general prose were researched in chapter four .especially the systematic exposition of the artistic value of Wangbi's essay under the style of commentary and subcommentary as well as its influence was given for the first time . the history connotation and its inestimable influence on the literary creation ,literary appreciation and literary and artistic theory in Six dynasties of Wangbi's theory 'getting the meaning and forgetting the words' is discussed in chapter five .It points out that the essence of Wangbi's theory of "taking the sense and forgetting the literalness" is that "word could not convey exactly the meaning",the essence is to "get the meaning". It believes that the initiation the theory of "the discrimination between words and meaning" have nothing to do with the Ming study during the Han and Wei dynasty.The articles Heshao's commentary on Wangbi's commentary, the summery of the comprehensive table of the contents of four bibliographic divisions encyclopedia, the summery commentary of Zhouyi commentary are included in the appendix part.
