It is a scientific way that we study the primitive phonology or the primitive segmental phonology according to the partial tone. There are many graphemic evidences about the phonology of Zhan Guo along with more and more literal materials which have been dredged up.We have mostly studied the phonogram that appeared between the literal book of Zhan Guo and Shuo Wen Jie Zi. firstly, we recommend the interrelated productions about the primitive rhyme, initial consonant, phonogram and primitive segmental phonology in the paper, and then the partial tone has been defined renewedly. The historical hierarchy about the system of the Chinese partial tone has been synoptically introduced. Secondly, we across-the-board induce the ordinary examples and the special examples about the literal partial tone in the Zhan Guo dynasty. The phenomena in the Zhan Guo dynasty have been drastically hackled when we related the concerned phonogram and the vocal essential has been put in the primary place under the order of the primitive rhyme. Lastly, we reconstruct the system of the initial consonant and the rhyme in the Zhan Guo dynasty. There are abundant ordinary and special examples about the phonogram in the Zhan Guo dynasty. We get to know that they have not only plenty of sameness but also many differences in the system of the initialconsonant and the rhyme between the Zhan Guo, Zhou and Qing dynasty. The sameness is that the harmonious rhymes come into being by themselves. The differences are that the phenomena of the harmonious initial consonant are very colorful. There are practical senses through the phonetic investigation when we study the sound system of the Zhan Guo dynasty.
