Modernistic project is an unfinished work under the guide of metaphysical thought. From one side, modernity promotes the development of economy and technology, releasing people from the control of nature; from the other side, with the prevailing of scientism and expansion of instrument rationalism, modernity makes people get involved in new difficulty and enslavement status. As instrument rationalism is used in modern society more and more extensively and its serious erosion to society, culture and individual, subject rationalism is in anomy situation because of traditional metaphysical pursuit to immutability, dogmatism and certainty of thinking; human autism destroy the relation between human and nature, so that a series of severe ecological and environmental disasters happened; the arbitrary speech of "identity thought"obliterates the pluralistic life system and leads to the coming of risk society. Modernistic crisis is actually a kind of value crisis, whose origin is that the subject of modernity makes itself become a tool to dominate, to control and to conquer the object. Metaphysical philosophy, the theoretical presupposition of modernity, is called "cybernetical thought"by Martin Heidegger. The basic problem of modernistic social control is the relation between freedom and order. The absolute pursuit for freedom is human being's fundamental need while the construction for order is the basic point and support to realize people's freedom. The main aim of modernistic social control is to regulate the order constantly in order to give largest concession to freedom. Modernity can develop well if the order frame can accommodate the release of freedom energy. On the contrary, when order and freedom are in conflict, modernity will fall into severe crisis. Rationalism, naturalism and practice are three theoretical schools of modernistic control. The theoretical achievements of abstract social control science and the latest research results of natural science, give new theoretical field to manage the relation between freedom and order. Three dimensions'frame, which is constructed by subject rationalism of social control, medium technology of social control and object order of social control, offers new research field to analyze modernistic control pictorial theory deeply, and also an angle to observe the transformation of modernistic pictorial theory from subjective control to intersubjctive control. From the dimensions of rationalism control of social control, the system of metaphysical scope has become the presupposed hypotheses of all thought operation. The rationalistic power of modernistic control subject will dominate and govern social regulations and people's life, and finally make modernity be in severe crisis. In the process of questioning and criticizing the crisis, rationalistic paradigm, which changes its existing state, comes closer to practical rationalism by experiencing the theoretical transfer from enlightening rationalism to value rationalism, from value rationalism to reflexiverationalism and further to intersubjective rationalism. From the dimension of medium technology of social control, modernistic construction is marked by its ruthless plunder and conquer to natural world with the control tool -science and technology. With the revolution of science and upsurging of transcendental reverted theory and systemic science, human being's recognition to science and technology experiences an evolution direction from immediate perception to abstract reflection from social culture criticizing to ecological environment criticizing. It emphasizes that human being and nature world should exist and live together harmoniously. Technological development logic has tendency to return to organic wholism from mechanic naturalism. From the dimension of object order of social control, in order to make the order same with the absolute value, control subject has to plan, design and modify the control object through the power of rationalism and technology. The formation of pre-modernistic order goes with the tide of mysterious providence, while modernistic order is a constructing process of pursuing the unity of subject narration and reality under the "macro-narration"of metaphysics. The modernistic crisis engenders people's realization to modernistic order. From the pursuit to modernistic order of simple identity, continuity, orderliness, clarity and exclusiveness, to the tolerance to pluralistic, parting, fragmental and chaotic post-modernistic order, it embodies people's further understanding to late modernistic order and risk society order. Therefore, three dimensions'frame of subject rationalism of social control, medium technology of social control and object order of social control, has become the intersubjective control pictorial theory in the current development that is exceeding promoting and developing to subjective control pictorialtheory. Modernistic control pictorial theory originate from metaphysical crisis. It is impossible to overcome modernistic crisis if traditional metaphysics is not opposed. However, the anti-metaphysical movements are always not thorough because of people's nature of freedom. No matter metaphysics or anti-metaphysics, they are both the supporting point of modernistic thought. People pursue metaphysics in order to find a supporting point in thought, making thought develop in a larger free space, and under the guide of new standard thought, to plan, design and predict a higher free space. Freedom and order movements are the destination of modernistic control. Theoretical crisis means the termination of theory. Free thought realizes new model transformation and reaches a new collection through the constant exceeding to order. By viewing the transformation of pictorial theory from subjective control to intersubjective control, namely the transformation from the human-oriented control to nonhuman-oriented control, from the thinking method of identifying subject-object to the thinking method of practical rationalism, from the control organon of mechanic analysis theory to the control organon of organic wholism , from the pursuing for identified and simple control order to the pursuing for pluralistic and complicated control order, we should draw on the experiences and lessons carefully, discover the main way of foreign modernistic control, and establish the control theory to advance modernization of developing countries. The proposition of intersubjective theory means the western philosophy draws nearer consciously and unconsciously to Marxist practical rationalism.Marxist dialectic, as the practical rationalism full of "the modernity to be against modernity", will always keep the posture of denying and questioning. When Marxist dialectic criticizes metaphysics ruthlessly and releases from metaphysical controlling thought logic, it keeps the achievements of metaphysics in the way of dialectic and answers the "rationalistic"questions. Practical rationalism refers to the rationalism that unifies organon and value, subjective and objective, universality and particularity, completeness and limitedness, and development and construction. The power of practical dialectal comes from its born revolutionary nature, which keeps the validity and authenticity of intersubjective philosophy. The development of modernistic intersubjective control pictorial theory, which is beneficial to develop people's free space and respect people's independence, consciousness and voluntariness, will realize people's real liberation and self-fulfillment.
