Wang Fu-chih's poetics has many distinguishing features because of his profoundphilosophical thoughts. Shi Guang Zhuan's writing time is more earlier than the other poeticalworks of Wang Fu-chih and it is very important, but the study on it is seldom seen. Thedissertation's main parts are "On ShiYan Zhi", "On Shi Qing" ,"On Xiu Ci Li Qi Cheng", "OnShen", "On Yan Yi", "On Wen Zhi"and so on. "On ShiYan Zhi" and "On Shi Qing" are aboutthe nature of poem, "On Xiu Ci Li Qi Cheng" and "On Shen" are about the ideals of poem,"On Yan Yi" and "On Wen Zhi" are about the composition of works. Centred on Shi GuangZhuan, based on Wang Fu-chih's philosophical thoughts and with the research of predecessorsfor reference, this dissertation attempts to give new explanations to some of the Wu Fu-chih'spoetics .The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:There is a summary of predecessors 's study on Wang Fu-chih's poetics and explanations to thechoosiness of this proposition in the foreword . It has been made big progress about the studyon Wang Fu-zhi's poetics since 1980s. Choosing Shi Guang Zhuan's poetics as the propositionmainly for there are few studies on it and it's uniqueness in the works of Wang Fu-chih.The first chapter introduces the life of Wang Fu-chih and his position in the ideological historyof China. Wang's life was full of frustrations. Along with the Ming Dynasty's downfall, Wangwithdrew from society and lived in the mountains, set his whole mind and heart on the writing.Wang takes Zhang Zai and Zhou Yi as the model of his theories and his theories were notwell-known until the end of the Qing Dynasty.The main contents of the second chapter is about the features of Shi Guang Zhuan.Thatincludes study on the finished time of Shi Guang Zhuan , the explanatory features of ShiGuang Zhuan to The Book of Songs, the main contents of Shi Guang Zhuan(not including thepoetics).The third chapter is about Wang Fu-chih's opinions upon "Shi Yan Zhi". "Shi Yan Zhi" is anold proposition. Wang gave it a unique explanation: the "Zhi" is contacted with the "Tian".It is the discussion about Wang Fu-chih's opinions on poetical affections in the forth chapter.Wang attached great importance to the affections ,but he asserted it must be controlled by the"Xing", instead of letting it overflow. There are all kinds of affections. Wang also contacted itwith the "Tian".The fifth chapter discusses Wang Fu-chih's understanding of "Cheng". Wang Fu-chih'spoetical opinions about "Ping" which Wang admired is based on the understanding of "Cheng".Wang's opinions were in accordance with the reality of his time.The sixth chapter discusses the meanings of "Shen" and gives new explanations to "XianLiang","Yi Shi","Shen Li" and so on.The seventh chapter discusses Wang Fu-chih's views on the works' composition.It is consistedof "On Yan Yi" and "On Wen Zhi". Wang's opinions were also in accordance with the reality ofhis time.The last chapter summurizes the feature of Wang Fu-chih's poetics and points out that ShiGuang Zhuan is very important in the poetical works of Wang Fu-chih.
