Since the partial Anti-Japanese War broke out in China on January 18th, 1931, especially after the national Anti-Japanese War which broke out on July 7th ,1937(so called July 7th Incident), how to do well in the wartime mobilization of the solders troops and encourage them to march to the front and fight for the nation had been the general pivot which was related to the overall situation of the national Anti-Japanese War in this case that the Anti-Japanese War and the military affairs related to it were the first things to do for the whole nation .Sichuan province, as one of the most important wartime rears, didn't move the troops to assist the Anti-Japanese war on account of various reasons before July 7th Incident. Nevertheless, it has actually come to be the politics, military affairs, public finance and economy centre of the frontline battlefield during the Anti-Japanese War after the Incident, especially since the fall of the city of Wuhan in 1938. Sichuan province, the critical rear base of the Anti-Japanese War, which has been placed great hopes on by Kuomintang (KMT) government, should perform its duty for the problem of the soldiers troops' compensation.In this thesis, a thorough inquiry has been made on the mobilization of the soldiers troops in Sichuan during the Anti-Japanese War from the following aspects. Firstly, the historical background, condition and base of the wartime mobilization in Sichuan province have been explained. Secondly, the organization and structure of the mobilization there has been made clear.
