The Study On Sichuan Mass Mobilization During The Anti-japanese War

Mass mobilization has been one of the hottest issues in the research on the Anti-Japanese war in recent years.In this paper,the Sichuan Mobilization Committee during the Anti-Japanese war was chosen as the main direction of research with the focus on analyzing its establishment,operation and public mobilization,thus presenting its historical position and summarizing its experience and lessons.This paper consists of eight parts.The first part introduces the reason for choosing this topic,the review of academic history,the innovation of the paper and the definition of public mobilization.The second chapter analyzes the social background of Sichuan mass mobilization during the Anti-Japanese War,focusing on how the Nanjing National Government changed its position on Anti-Japanese War and gradually implemented the national general mobilization,as well as how the social situation in Sichuan changed under the situation of deepening national crisis.The third chapter sorts out the mass mobilization organization and operation mode in Sichuan during the Anti-Japanese War,and mainly explores the Sichuan Mobilization Committee,involving in its establishment process,organizational structure,personnel structure,branches,operation mode,policies and regulations.The fourth to the seventh chapters put emphasis on the mass propaganda,mass mobilization,mass materials and mass relief activities carried out by the Sichuan Mobilization Committee during the Anti-Japanese war.The eighth chapter attaches importance to the main achievements,lessons and historical status of Sichuan people mobilization during the Anti-Japanese war.Based on the analysis and discussion mentioned above,this paper reveals the historical status and role of the mass mobilization activities in Sichuan during the Anti-Japanese war from such aspects as academic theories,theme contents and data arrangement.
