Research of Buddhism and corporate Management guided by the Law of Dependent Origination embraces the rules of "Matching spirit of Buddhismm,Matching changes of social and Telent". Hereinto, the Law of Dependent Origination presents unaltered"Buddhism spirit", and the corporate management comprises a changeable"Social changes" . The whole paper contains 4 parts, including prolegomenon, text, tag and appendices.The following two sectors are included by Prolegomenon. One, the cause of theme selection and content limitation of the paper. Two, methodology. To decide methodology of this task based on comments made by other scholars and experts.Text contains nine chapters both on theory and practice.Chapter 1 to chapter 4 constitutes theory combined by the Law of Dependent Origination and humanity theory in western management, to evolve the hypothesis of Dependent Origination (Dependents) on the side of management; to demonstrate the transcending of this hypothesis by comparing various hypothesis of humanity theory in western management; and to prove the feasibility by analyzing the cream of management and core elements of sufferings in business operation. Chapter 5 to chapter 9, which presents practice based on the hypothesis of the Law of Dependent Origination , the Dependents and the principle of "Six Harmonies(Six Harmonies)" in monk group management, provide guidance for corporate culture construction.
