This paper focuses comprehensively on the Development of ZhuangZi's Research in the FuJian province in the period of Song Dynasty, which includes the interpretation literature of Lv Huiqing, Chen Xiangdao, LinZi, Lin Xiyi and the comment of ZhuXi. On the basis, the text, which analyzes the developed threads about ZhuangZi's idea in song dynasty, discovers essentially the mixed feature which obviously differs in ideas of before Song dynasty. The paper inherits the research and the essence from the former experts and followes these ways that resortes to the analysis on interpretation literature, probes the idea and theory of researcher, moreover, essentially discloses the spirit with which the ancient complied.The text is composed of five sectors.First chapter introduces the culture background and academic idea of FuJian in Song Dynasty, and analyzes the thriving about ZhuangZi and the three introjected idea in this period.Second chapter discusses the idea of ZhuangZi about Lv Huiqing, Chen Xiangdao and LinZi, which emphasizes on the tendency that interpreted ZhuangZi on the terms of Confucianism in XinXue thoughts. Because three scholars, who were lived in FuJian of Bei Song Dynasty, had not only been touched friendly with Wang Anshi,but also their academic thoughts in many ways is homology. So, three ideas from ancient scholars is discussed together in the chapter, which shows their common thoughts as well as their diversity respective. This sector analyzes the followed notion of introjecting Confucianism and Taoism, interpreting the ZhuangZi on LiXue thought, theory of nature and fate and transformation on basis of historic development.Third chapter focuses on the penetrating comment, that ZhuXi had remarked upon the personality of ZhuangZi, the book of ZhungZi and the theory of ZhuangZi, which is a miniature that LiXue absorbed the notion of Confucianism and Taoism in Nan Song Dynasty, which showed the ZhuZi's tendency that achieved comprehensive Confucianism thought. The thought primarily absorbed the essence of Taoism. ZhuXi, who was profound and cultured LiXue experts, played an importantly deep affection of the comment about ZhuangZi. The chapter primarily discussed three aspects about the ZhuangZi thought of ZhuXi, of which consisted the understanding and remarkment of the personality of ZhuangZi and the book of ZhuangZi, thoughtfulness related to ZhuangZi notion and the reconstruct and assimilation resulted in ZhuXi philosophy.
