Exploring Zhong Tai's Confucianism From "Zhuangzi Fawei"

Zhong Tai(1888-1979)was a Chinese philosophy emerged in the period of May 4th movement,the Zhuangzi fawei is one of the important works in later.The late Qing-dynasty,Confucianism is facing the criticism and negation of the times crusade,Zhong Tai grieved Confucianism peaceful,to revitalize Confucianism for own responsibility,to fuse Confucianism and Taoism,so his Zhuangzi fawei is showing a strong color of Confucianism and a more distinctive mark of the times,and a strong academic consciousness and cultural construction.This article is divided into four parts,of which the first chapter mainly studies Zhong Tai academic life and the background and basic characteristics of Zhuangzi fawei,and the Times motivation fuseing Confucianism and Taoism.The second chapter mainly studies the academic origin of Zhuang zi in the eyes of Zhong Tai's and the interpretation paradigm fuseing Confucianism and Taoism,especially the peculiar interpretation paradigm through "Mencius" to prove Zhuangzi and Ritual to prove Zhuangzi,etc.The third chapter mainly studies the Confucianism tendency and advocates Confucianism purport of Zhong Tai's Zhuangzi fawei,reveal the intrinsic connection of Zhuangzi,Confucius,Lao tzu and Zhouyi in the eyes of Zhong Tai's.The fourth chapter mainly studies the exposition Confucianism of Zhong Tai's in the wonderful interpretation on Zhuangzi,especially the life realm theory,the theory of life cultivation and life value hidden in the Zhuangzi fawei.Zhuangzi fawei as an important work spent decades effort of Zhong Tai's,is entrusted with the spirit of solitary and the cultural responsibility to revitalizate the Chinese traditional philosophy,and hidden the new subjects of Confucianism in his work.From the history dimension of ZhuangXue interpretation to see,Zhuangzi fawei has an important historical status and the academic value and deserve the necessary attention and research.
