From "Zhuangzi Is Not Confucianism" To See The Indirect Presentation Of Zhuangzi's Aesthetic Thoughts

"When talking about philosophy,we will tink about Laozi and Zhuangzi.When talking about literature,we will think about Zhuangzi and Quyuan." As a masterpiece of Taoist thought,"Zhuangzi" has a very high artistic value in both literary and philosophical speculation.The thought connotation is profound and the style is literary.For thousands of years,the readers have pondered and cannot understand.The reason why "Zhuangzi" is so puzzling is that it has the relationship with the narrative method of "Nine percent of Fables,seven percent of quote" the special language expression.and the unsatisfactory ideological connotation.There is an inseparable connection.When Zhuangzi's thoughts focus on the same personal image through this narrative and language expression--Confucius,it not only reflects the author's profound thoughts and unique writing style,but also leaves a mystery to readers-What is the attitude Zhuangzi towards Confucius?Zhuangzi has created four different images of Confucius: first of all,the firm Confucian image of Confucius,he has lots of similarities with the Confucius in The Analects.Secondly,the figure of Cofucius who awakened by Taoist characters.The image of Confucius borrows the identity of Confucius scholars and learns Taoist thoughts,implying that Taoism is higher than Confucianism.Thirdly,the image of Confucius who is enlightened by Taoist thoughts,but still represent Confucianism.Fourth,the image of Taoist Confucius who deeply understands Taoist thoughts.Those two kinds of Confucius borrowed the identity of the Confucius and passed on the Taoist thoughts.In order to understand the image of Confucius in Zhuangzi well,it is necessary to jump out of the worship of Confucian Confucius and over-bundle with the real Confucius in history,so we can have a better understanding of the image of Confucius in Zhuangzi and the aesthetic thought of Zhuangzi.The diversification of Confucius' s image has the close relationgship the contradiction of Zhuangzi's thoughts and the expression of Zhuangzi.At the same time,it also shows Zhuangzi's aesthetic thought from the side.Zhuangzi's absolute free spirit believes that all things are the same,life and death are one;paying attention to the spiritual world,opposing the alienation of the human spirit in the material world,and proposing the method of keeping spirit;subverting the traditional way of thinking and the pursuit of authority with bold criticism,encouraging people to rethink;the rich imagination is the foundation of characters making and Zhuangzi's writing.This is based on Zhuangzi's concern and thinking about human nature.Zhuangzi's criticism of the different Confucius images reveals the spirit of love that is struggling under the dark reality.This article tries to explore the Zhuangzi aesthetics reflected in the "Zhuangzi denying Confucius" from the image of Confucius in "Zhuangzi",aiming to better interpret "Zhuangzi".
