Studies On The News Management Thoughts Of The Chinese Communist Party During The New Democratic Revolution Period

The dissertation puts the emphasis on a series of thoughts and standpoints produced by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the process of completing the publicity ends during the New Democratic Revolution Period (NDRP) in order to plan, organize, lead and control the journalism validly. To study systematically the news management thoughts of CCP, which are the important parts of Chinese modern news dissemination history and journalism history, we can understand the true background of news historical facts and operation mechanism better so as to reveal the development regulation of Chinese modern journalism.This dissertation combines the method of history with that of analysis and research from both sides. One is by making full use of the Party's great quantities of related historical data and the Party leaders talks and articles to elaborate the process and characteristics of the Party's news management thoughts during the NDRP, the other is to analyze the system, composition and historical meaning of the Party's news management thoughts, using the theory results and research methods of politics, journalism, management and laws etc. From concrete to abstract, it combines special features in the thoughts of CCP's management thoughts in an effort to a new theory height.By reviewing the various policies of Chinese government news management from the "100-Day-Reform Movement" in the late Qing Dynasty, the text analyzes the policy background of the Party's news management thoughts and the mission of the Party development itself, points out two origins of the Party's news management thoughts, namely Chinese modern thinkers and politicians news management thoughts and standpoints and the newspapers and magazines management theories of Marxists including Marx, Engles and Lenin.To make clear the development trails of the Party's news management thoughts, according to history order, the Party's news management thoughts during the NDRP can be divided into four stages, namely exploring stage from the founding of CCP in July, 1921 till the end of 1920's , introducing stage from the end of 1920's to Yan'an Rectification movement, sorting formation stage from Yan'an Rectification movement to the victory of...
