| North-east local culture---"Guan Dong" culture which is unbalanced in its appreciation among the upper and lower class is a typical complicated culture. It appears after several times of collision and combination of different culture in history. As one part of the pluralistic Chinese culture, Guan Dong culture itself is typically pluralistic as well, whose sub-cultural region with out standing giographical and cultural features includes the west part of Liao He River, the certer of Red Mountain culture; East Lioaning Hemisphere surrounded by sea on three sides; desertisization east Koltsin Prairie; Chang Bai Mountains full of myth and legends and the north domain seperated from Russia by a river. Since 1980, the structure of Guan Dong local cultural novels and its authors' geographical location has obvious features of " mushroom circles" and all these "circles" exist in all the above mentioned regions.West Liao He region locates at the edge of Mid-culture, to its north is Mongolian Highland and the capital to its west. Its special geographical environment and sophisticated historical formation procuce the cultural feature of this region. The creation of the writers here, like Li Huiwen, Sun Chunping, Xie Youjin, Bai Tianguang and Zhou Jianxin, etc. from different latitudes and aesthetic preference shows the abundance of west Liao He culture. After 1980, their narratives appear obvious local characteristics not only with the historical background and changes in the countryside of west Liao He, but also with the queer custom of the "borderland life", various destinations of mountaineers' families and joys and sorrows of seaside population.
