"Yuan" is a significant spiritual prototype of Chinese nation, a core aesthetics category. It contains world ideology, existence spiritual and simple dialectical idea of Chinese nation. The dissertation aims at sorting out its development in all previous dynasties in philosophy and the aesthetics ideological, revealing the completely , exact characteristics of philosophy aesthetics, and constructing its aesthetic group, moreover, establishing its distinctive aesthetics position in literary theory category system. It constructs of three volumes of totally ten sections, i.e. trace the origin of ideology, development of aesthetic and logic constitute, the branch and the whole are in order, and entirely too.The first volume is divided into two sections, chapter 1 and chapter 2. In chapter 1, graphology is analyzed initially, then analyzes the four distinct level implications included in "Yuan" category; In chapter 2, the idea culture origin of "Yuan" category is analyzed. Through analyses the ancestor 's comprehension of world movement, the geographical circumstance cognition of surrounding by sea, the amassment core of "Tao" culture and "Yu" culture, and absorbing the spirit of adoration "Yuan" in the Buddhism culture, clarifies the "Yuan" style thinking that form gradually in ancestor ' s consciousness.The second volume is divided into five sections, chapter 3, chapter 4, chapter 5, chapter 6 and chapter 7. Chapter 3 we analyze the origin of"Yuan"category, the idea integrate of Buddha, Metaphysic & Confucianism in Wei, Jin and Northern & Southern Dynasties, "Yuan" category goes into aesthetic territory through cosmetic and philosophic territory. Liu Xie puts the "Yuan" category evolving into formally literary theory category into practice, 《Wen Xin Diao Long》 has constructed a "Yuan" category system including literary creation in every respect. So we analyze the aesthetic characteristics of "Yuan" category from three literature key elements, Writer, Works & Reader. Chapter 4 studies the development of "Yuan" category in Tang Dynasty, with an emphasis on the beauty of circular, circular theory with form and spirit of Bai Juyi, andPei Yanhan's "Hun Yuan" . Chapter 5 elaborates the aesthetic features of "Yuan" category in Song and Yuan Dynasties; through "Qing Yuan" ,"Yuan Shu" and "Yuan Huo" three newly born categories with the most timely aesthetics attribute as the cases, fan out from point to area, expound the fully-development of "Yuan" category in Song Dynasty. Chapter 6 analyzes priority the new changes of "Yuan" category influenced by soul theory ideas, i.e. the expanding of "Yuan" category,"Yuan" includes "Fang" ; to Mao Kun and so on whose paper emphasizes"Yuan Zhuan" , "Yuan Chang" ; Lu Shiyong uses immeasurable soul character— "Xu Yuan" as the beginning and ending of situation and charming. Chapter 7 studies Qing Dynasty, synthesizes circular theory of all precious, pursues the circular beauty integrated in positive and negative, takes Supreme Ultimate circular as the Supreme aesthetics boundary.The third volume is divided into three sections, chapter 8, chapter 9 and chapter 10. Chapter 8 elaborates the philosophy aesthetic characteristics of "Yuan" category, following with the logic from surface to center, from elementary to profound, from concrete to abstract, concludes successively the philosophy and aesthetics connotation of"Yuan" category into five step substances: first, Cycle reversal; second, Going from place to place totally; third, Bear incessantly; fourth, Such as outside hollow; fifth, Harmoniously Dialectical logic. Chapter 9 sorts out the aesthetic groups of "Yuan" category, constructs horizontal and vertical category system.
