Nowadays, with the development of technology, human progress, as well as the changes of human consumption value, the culture plays an increasingly prominent role in the development of economy; culture embedding deeply into social productive forces, impacting on all aspects of economic development. Observing the world for a while, you will find that the organic integration of culture and the economy - cultural industries have already become the spark into a raging fire. The great impact it makes on the development of the global economy makes it become the focus of attention of all countries in the world. In 1995, the operating income of Japanese entertainment has exceeded the output value of Japan's auto industry.In 2000, total revenue of the United States film, television and audio-video publishing has reached 70 billion US dollars. It is become the second largest industry for export foreign currency aspect except for the aerospace industry of USA. In 2000, the cultural industrial added value proportion of GDP of the United States, Britain, Japan and Italy have reached respectively at 12%, 10%, 16.8% and 25%. In some developed areas of China, cultural industry has become one of the local leading industries, in 2003, the culture industrial added value proportion of GDP of Guangdong, Shanghai has respectively reached at 7% and 6%; the rate of cultural industries contribution have reached at 7.8 percent and 7.9 percent. Cultural industries are becoming deconstruction of traditional industries, and the new promoting force of the readjustment of industrial structure. That's the reason why cultural industries can flourish, and the reason why the culture of productivity and culture shine with unprecedented vigor. In other words, the cultural industry productivity derived from the culture is the reality foothold.However, the significance of the development of cultural industries must not only purely economic interests.
