From the perspective of geography, Cultural industries are still a new subject. From the 80s of last century, Western geography scholars began to focus on the issues related to cultural industries. The involvement of our country in this field is lagging behind. However, the development trend of globalization, mankind is faced with production restructuring, change the mode of living and other practical problems. One after another throughout the geographic circles have face the "cultural turn". As the most prominent type of industry, cultural industries are getting more and more attention of geography circle.This article focuses on the location problem of culture industries, to explore the cultural industry cluster location problem from the perspective of the characteristics of cultural environment of the urban.First, for the problem of the cultural industries'industry so many and the laws hard to grasp, based on the theory of location, reclassifying cultural industries sector, and summarizing the two types of culture industry clusterSecondly, discussing the spatial interaction and contact of the characteristics of cultural environment of the urban and industries'cluster. Culture industries no longer dependent on natural resources like traditional industries, and more dependent on the distribution of cultural resources, and cultural resources is evaluating as history of human space. Urban area is a typical Human living space. Cultural characteristics of urban cultural space are formed with the evolution of the history, and in the inner city forming many areas which have many different features. On one hand, the characteristics of culture environmental of urban determine the cultural industries'distribution in the city and spatial organization, and on the other hand, the formation of clusters of cultural industries also contributed to the evolution of the characteristics of culture environmental of urban.Thirdly, to Dalian, for example, by sorting out historical context of Dalian, anglicizing the evolution of cultural space of Dalian City, and then describing the characteristics of the cultural environment of Dalian city status. Take Animation industry cluster and Cultural entertainment cluster for example, discussing the interaction of the characteristics of cultural environment of the urban and cultural industry cluster location respectively.Finally,got the conclusion.
