From Dec.1978 in which Inner Mongolia first cherished its own teleplay to the end of 2008,in nearly three decades,Inner Mongolia has produced hundreds of Chinese teleplays and more than one hundred of Mongolia series.In the mean while,it also translated more than one thousand TV series which are produced by other districts in China.Not only has the quantity of its production kept ahead of other autonomous regions,but also the quality has won relatively high praises from domestic academes.Some of its production has been awarded such prizes as "Jinyin","Feitian",etc, which represent the highest level of teleplay made in China.Though the achievement of its teleplays is amazing,the studies of them obviously lag behind.Till now,there is not a relative composition or article published.On account of this,the present dissertation embarks on systematic research from perspectives such as movie estheticscs,philosophy of being,ethical literature and arts.The dissertation contains the following chapters:The first and the second chapters include researches on philosophy of being which exists in Inner Mongolia's teleplays. Based on two types of regional culture,one for grassland and the other for plateau,the first and the second chapter significantly analyze how the teleplays transform the Inner Mongolia's regional features into a core substance which annotates the ethical spirits and elevates them to humanity and philanthropy which beyond their own ethnical limitation,elevate them to the extensibility of being which is widely depicted in teleplays.The third and fifth chapters make analysis of teleplays which reflect the history and the history of revolutionary struggle in Inner Mongolia.In the process of writing,I have gone to Inner Mongolia and conducted interviews with directors several times who,as a whole,agreed with the views recorded here.The fourth chapter explores unique aesthetic thoughts in teleplays which focus on environmental protection and anti-corruption in Inner Mongolia.And the sixth chapter makes deep research on the existence of Inner Mongolian and a variety of art elements which pursue the ethical style,both of which are commonly used in Mongolian teleplay.I have spared no efforts to improve the quality of this dissertation,with close analysis of Inner Mongolia's geographical and cultural characteristics,the originality of its ethical spirits reflected in TV series production and the development of Inner Mongolia's teleplay according to historical stage.The main goal of this doctoral thesis which contains hundreds of thousands of words and conducts deep and systematic research in video arts of Inner Mongolia's teleplays is to offer a wide perspective of Inner Mongolia's teleplays and to provide theoretical references and aesthetic points of view for teleplay production in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regions.
