The literature of Han Dynasty demonstrates its nature and characteristics that different from the literature of former generation both in creative practice and creative theory. In general, it is a kind of literature concerning politics and philosophy. Non-literary factor ran through the Two Han Dynasty literature with the tendency of literature consciousness, serving as a link between the past and the future in literature of Chinese history. It can therefore be said that the literature of Han Dynasty comprehends many areas, and a variety of academic cultures are involved in its domain. It is not only the pure literary works, but completely different from the literature today. In the study of the literature of Han Dynasty, we should not only focus on literature, but also pay more attention to culture."The state affairs lie on sacrifice and military affairs". Sacrifice is an important part of life for ancient people, so we cannot but take sacrificial culture into account in the research of ancient culture. In the Two Han Dynasty, religion, divination and superstition were rampant; witchcraft and alchemist were prevalent; sacrifice rites were frequent. All kinds of the sacrifice rites had great advances on the basis of worshiping ancient things. Sacrifice rites of the Two Han Dynasty in ancient books were not only the most important event for the people's mental life at that time, but also the most important components of social life. Sacrifice culture had a great influence on the literature of Han Dynasty as well as every aspect of Han society; moreover it promoted and enriched the literature of Han Dynasty. In this thesis, I try to research the performance of sacrifice phenomenon of the Han Dynasty in culture and literature, the relationship of sacrificial culture and literature of the Han Dynasty and its influence on literary creation with a macroscopic and systemic perspective. Therefore, the thesis can be divided into the following parts:Part one: Introduction, it reviews and summarizes the existing research results in this topic; moreover the writing origins, significance and research methods of this topic and other related issues are elaborated.Part two: The first chapter of this paper, it investigates and combs several thoughts that had a great influence on Han Dynasty.Part three: The second chapter to the fourth chapter. The prosperity of sacrifice in Han Dynasty promoted creation of literature such as'Ode to Outskirts Sacrifice (Jiao Si Ge)'and'An Shi Fang Zhong Ge', so the second chapter of my thesis combs and investigates the literature of sacrifice in Han Dynasty. Sacrificial etiquette is not only a ceremony about national politics, but also the presentation of human ideology and culture. So the third chapter of my thesis studies and investigates important sacrificial etiquettes in Han Dynasty, such as Outskirts Sacrifice (Jiao Si), Sacrifices to Heaven and Earth (Feng Shan) and Agricultural Sacrifices, and try to find the connation of sacrificial literature and the reasons of its flourish. The prosperity of sacrifice in Han Dynasty promoted the worship of Deities, which enriched people's mental life and promoted the development of literature of Han Dynasty. We cannot but pay attention to this important phenomenon when studying the literature of Han Dynasty, so I study some important Deities, such as Tai Yi,Fu Xi, NüWa, West Queen (Xi Wang Mu), and investigate the reasons of the prosperity of Deities worship in Han Dynasty and its influence on literature of Han Dynasty.
