In this paper, I made the systematic research into the communication process and influences of the Uliger in society with the communication theory and perspectives communication system, including observations to the communicators (Quγurci), dissemination of content ("Uliger"), media (oral communication, mass communication, network transmission), the audience (the audience), effects (deep and shallow affect on the culture) and other aspects of the study.In introduction, I introduce the reason the selecting this topic, research background in summary, the research significance, value, research methods and data sources. In previous academic activities, "Uliger" is relatively weak, but the materials about the Uliger are very rich and the audience is numerous, and it had the far-reaching implications on their audience, so there is the need for cultural and sociological research. Home and abroad academic world despite have some achievements on "Uliger" study, but far away from the enough attention. Uliger and its singing style were born in the eastern part of Mongolia, which contain many elements of Mongolian culture and Chinese culture. And the Uliger Research can explain and reveal the mutual exchange, effects, conflicts and integration between Mongolian culture and Chinese cuture. Harold Lasswell (Harold Dwight Lass-well), one of the founder of Communication theory, make 5W mode such as the transmission, the formation control analysis, content analysis, media analysis, audience analysis and the effect, which formed into the five major fields of study. The present research draws on the mode of communication, using a survey method of communication (on Quyurci artists and audience), Content analysis (Communication content including materials of documentation form and audio-visual data form), qualitative field research (on Quyurci artists and audiences), text analysis (on Quyurci artistes text analysis), the existing data analysis (literature and secondary sources analysis) and other research methods. As well as the use of folk literature and art research methods, cultural anthropology (cultural tradition and social background analysis) research methods.The material used in this dissertation collected mainly from the previous literature, including Quyurci artist biography, rap idiom, sung text, audio text, and field interviews.Chapter I, Research of the "Uliger" communicatorSection I, Observation to the term "Quyurci" in folk understanding and classification. In the folk context, Quyurcies storytellers are divided into "Quyurci" and "half Hultsch, the former have the abilities to tell whole story with playing the string instrument, while the second only can make storytelling without music. Section II, Surveys to the reason of making as "Quyurci". There are two reasons for living and personal hobbies.Section III, when making as "Quyurci", one receive the affects from the family and the political environment, either in directly or indirect.Section IV, learning approach to singing Uliger include two forms such as self-taught and learning from trainer.Section V, Quyurci artist's language skills mainly learn from the old artists, books, folks from common life.Chapter II, Research of "Uliger" contentsSection I, The singing contents of Quyurcies not only depends on Quyurcies themselves, but also confirmed by the subject-related editorials and the audience.Section II, Storytellers singing texts mainly come from Chinese article novels, opera, films, and even draw Mongolian and Tibetan scripture novels and stories.Section III, Singing texts of Quyurcies usually have the epic story elements and artistic authenticity. From the analysis to the motives of the hero pregnancy, birth, growth, finding of warhorse and weapons in Mongolian epics and Chinese novels and Mongolian created "five story", come to conclusion that the singing texts have epic characteristics and some historical realism.Chapter III, Discussion about the Communication Media of "Uliger" Section I, Comments on the communication media of "Uliger" including oral media, radio, television, Internet and other media, and their features as well as the positive and negative effects of "Uliger" spread.Section II, Quyurci expand their influence and improve their reputation to be spread through the media, the media are also invited to run programs to record storyteller singing. But Quyurci record the "Uliger" to improve their impact and visibility while losing their audience "market" in other hand. At the same time, editors and artists to have some contradictions each other, for example, length of recording and other art problems or so. Media diversification bring many benefits to the story singer, but also easy to make a variety of styles mixed together, and lead to the loss of artistic individuality.Chapter IV, "Uliger" Audience ResearchSection I, the audience listened to "Uliger" due to a need for awareness of the outside world, to increase knowledge and entertainment aspects.Section II, "Uliger" the audience grown from the Mongolian epic, myth, legend audience.Section III, The audience play a positive role in growth and exercise of story singers.Chapter V, Impact of "Uliger" transmissionSection I, the original "Uliger" is a busking act, to rap for a living. Under the new situation, "Uliger" was included in the national intangible cultural heritage, some of the cultural sector became the national intangible cultural protection units, some story singers are selected as intangible cultural heritage inheritors, some research projects are supported by state to conduct research. "Uliger" also have a negative impact, storytellers and listeners to learn or listen to "Uliger" spend time and energy, thereby affecting the work and life, story-telling artist's life is generally not well-off.Section II, "Uliger" spread played a role in formation of new genre of the folks, someone suggested that Mongolian narrative folk songs and Qolbuya were formed on the basis of "Uliger".Section III, Spread the "Uliger" exercised some influence on the naming custom of eastern Mongolian influence, the eastern Mongolian name with "dragon", "tiger", "flower" has a certain relationship with "Uliger" spread.Section IV, The spread of the "Uliger" spread brought some impacts on Mongolian folk religion, shamanism, Buddhism.Section V, Because the texts of the "Uliger" mainly come from Chinese novels, make the audience accept the Chinese "five virtues", "three obedience, four virtues," as a result, in "Uliger" endemic areas, The Mongols relatively strong in this view.Section VI, The "Uliger" have some impacts on the painting, printmaking, sculpture, lyrics and other spiritual culture in eastern part of Inner Mongolia.
