The State-owned Enterprise Ideological And Political Work In Scientific Research

Ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises, as ideological weapons and spiritual power, plays a great role in propelling development, reformation and realization of employees'interest. It also plays an import part in railway construction from Qinghai Province to Tibet Autonomous Region, Manned Space Flight Project and earthquake relief activities, etc. On the whole, ideological and political work in the state-owned enterprises keeps paces with time and makes a lot of achievements in each link, while there is some imperfection for ideological and political work in the state-owned enterprise in theory and practice. In the Party's 17th session of fourth plenary meeting, enhancing the party's construction forward scientific level provides a good opportunity to ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises. Scientific research of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises is important both in theoretical and practical issues. The thesis will discuss it from the following six aspects.In Chapter 1, the author expounds general theory of scientific ideological and political work in state-owned enterprise. The first segment overviews the main scientific trends of ideological and political work in development, main contents and general law. The second segment overviews the connotation and characteristics, rule and function of scientific ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises.In Chapter 2, the author explores the main problems, analyses main reasons and orientation of goal in ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises. There are six problems in ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises, such as ignorance of it, less coverage of it , dimness of goals, simplicity in work methods and faults in mechanism of system, backward hardware, lower in professional team quality. Meanwhile,there are five main reasons:multiple variety and changeful in employees'view,new changes in structure,diversification in propaganda information channels , challenge to weak links of professional ideological and political workers and change in mechanism of system. Four orientations of goal are also adaptation to state-owned enterprises changing, performance of a lofty duty, and advance of the Party building in state-owned enterprises and speed up the construction of the harmonious enterprises.In Chapter 3, the author explains that it is important to have a scientific idea of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises. The following segments introduce us the three aspects of scientific idea of ideological and political work in the state-owned enterprises , including the view of scientific development ,"people-oriented"concept and innovation of enterprise culture.In Chapter 4, the author discusses more scientific contents of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises, including scientific basic contents, employee development in enterprise practice and scientific party building propelling ideological and political works. There are ten combinations in scientific contents of ideological and political works in state-owned enterprises.In Chapter 5, the author explores scientific methods of ideology political work in state-owned enterprises , including adapting from related achievements , comprehensive use of various ways and the use of modern technology, and so on. Methods of ideology and political work in state-owned enterprises include individual talk, patient counseling equal exchange, democratic discussion, investigations and research, propaganda education, democracy and the rule of law, theory lesson, interest encouragement, examples, etc. These ways and methods can effectively complete the ideological and political work tasks in state-owned enterprises.In Chapter 6, the mechanism of state-owned enterprises in ideology and political work will be discussed, including the scientific leadership mechanism, operation mechanism and the talent of the scientific construction mechanism. The leadership mechanism includes sounding scientific talent selection and appointment mechanism, perfecting the firing enthusiasm whole-staff-participation mechanism, innovating responsibility evaluation mechanism. Operating mechanism of the scientific includes establishing modern enterprise system and ideological and political work fusion operation mechanism , establishing system perfect safeguard mechanism , forming a smooth communication mechanism open. Talents construction mechanism includes joining scientific propaganda field cadres training overall planning, forming the"big political work"work situation, mobilizing the thought politics worker's enthusiasm and creativity.
