Then this paper generalizes the rich theoretical content of Deng Xiaoping's Thought in different perspectives, and initially sums up the basic experience in balancing urban and rural development since reform and opening up, so as to provide beneficial enlightenments in dealing with urban and rural relation, pushing forward the economic and social development of urban and rural areas, changing the realistic situation of urban-rural dual structure in China, establishing an equal and harmonious new relationship between workers and peasants and the relationship between urban and rural areas, and finally realizing the ideal of the urban-rural integration development.The structure of this thesis is as following:1.
