The cognition and behavior is the core problem in the field of integrity. It is the one of the main reason to the present integrity crisis and the low efficiency in the integrity education lacking the comprehensive study on the integrity cognition-behavior. So, the study proceeds with focus on the integrity cognition-behavior.This dissertation is composed of five segments.Part one, the different history tradition on the integrity is retrospected between China and the Western countries in the study. As a ethic, there is no divarication on the role of the integrity supporting the national survival and development between the different culture. However, it makes a difference in the condition maintaining the integrity evolution between the China culture and the western culture. This conditional differency is the source of all the integrity dissimililudes in the twain cultural tradition.The immigrating market condition has been disorganizing the conventional dynamic mechanism of maintaining the integrity system in China with the reforming and opening up to the world. As a result, dishonesty turned to be frequent. It is the core reson on the integrity crisis in China. It is necessary to grip the whole process of the integrity cognition-behavior in order to solve the integrity problem by education.Part two, the study analyze the relative concept on the integrity and the integrity cognition-behavior, discriminate the signification of the integrity from other concepts and indicate the connection of all the correlative concepts furthermore. In addition, the study also generalizes the connotation of the integrity and pointed the meaning of the integrity cognition-behavior.Part three, the core of the integrity cognition-behavior is refined with desire, promise, action and confess by statical visual angel in the study. All kinds of behavior mean all the combination on the integrity core, the different integrity core combining the different process of the integrity cognition-behavior. The table of the combination on the integrity cognition-behavior, the important tool to make sure the level of the integrity cognition-behavior, is refined from the logic process of the integrity cognition-behavior by evaluating the core of the integrity cognition-behavior. The order of the rank consists of action, promise, confessing and the desire sequently in assessing the level of the integrity cognition-behavior according the core's pole and function in the system of the integrity cognition-behavior.Part four, the power mechanism, maintaining the operation of the core in the system of integrity cognition-behavior is analyzed on the dynamic visual angle.The study indicates the main power source which maintains the operation of the core of the integrity cognition-behavior is composed of the integrity cognition, the conditional strictness, the profit anticipation and the intercommunion object. By the way, the most important power is the profit anticipation and the conditional strictness in the four sources of the dynamic system. The operation on the core of the integrity cognition-behavior, which is controlled absolutely by the conditional strictness when the variable value of the conditional strictness exceeds the certain limit, obey the principle on the basis of the profit anticipation when the variable value of the conditional strictness drops to the certain limit.After the theorical analysis, the correlative experiment is carried out to prove the precision of the theorial hypothesis.Part five, the present problems are analyzed in the field of the integrity education of China according to the basic principle on the integrity cognition-behavior. Firstly, the role and value of the integrity action should be estimated at the higher rank and the educational content on the integrity action should be added to the integrity education. Secondly, the dynamic deficiency and the mistake of the present educational pattern on integrity should be recognized as soon as possible, the educational pattern on the basis of the profit anticipation and the conditional strictness should be reconstructed as well. Lastly, the connection should be strengthened between the educational system and the social system to eliminate the counteraction from society to integrity education.
