The main problem is poor operability of autonomy.The Economic part mainly involves in fiscal and economic development, changes in Oroqens'mode of production, national resources exploitation and the rights of the banner and Oroqens, the restraining factor of economic development and ecological protection, etc. Culture part mainly discusses the influence of the evolution of Oroqens'production mode and the social change in culture, the Oroqens' ethnic cultural heritage, protection and rescue and so on. Social part, from the population growth, social organization, food, clothing, weddings and funerals, mind-set, religious worship and other aspects of social change in Oroqens to discuss the problems in the process of Oroqens' social change and the nationality development.
