As an important component of the CPC's cadre group, the minority cadres are the key for the CPC and the government to handle correctly the works of the minority regions. The uniqueness of minority cadres decides the particularities of the education of minority cadres. It is of decisive significance of strengthening the education and cultivation of the minority cadres for speeding up the economic and social development of the minority regions, advancing the national unity and development, and keeping the unification of the motherland and social stability.The CPC has been paying full attention to the education of minority cadres. In the long practice of revolution, construction and reform, the CPC has been perseveringly combining the Marxism's nation theory with the realities of education of Chinese minority cadres, advancing unceasingly the development of education of minority cadres, writing the glorious historical chaper of education of minority cadres with Chinese characterictics, establishing the system of education of minority cadres with Chinese Characteristics, and futher accumulating the precious experience of education of minority cadres. Based on the above, in the view of historical studying, it is undoubtedly important in academy and practice of systematically investigating the historical development and practical characteristics of education of minority cadres, seriously combing the theoretical contribution and development line of the CPC's several generations of the central leadership for the education of minority cadres, and scientifically concluding the historical experience of the CPC's education of minority cadres.The dissertation is divided into three parts, namely the introduction, main body and the conclusion. And the main body is composing of 8 chapters.The introduction mainly explains the significance of the dissertation and the abroad and domestic research situation, and gives emphasis on the dissertation's main thinking ways, research methods, basic frame, main contents, research focus and difficulties and theoretical innovation.The first chapter, in the view of history and practice, points out that the characteristics and particularities of the education of minority cadres decide its uniqueness by analyzing the extension and intension of the concept of "minority cadres". On the basis of above, this part narrates theconnotation, types, form of the CPC's education of minority cadres and the characteristics of the CPC's education of minority cadres:duality; which is decided by the unity of opposites of the cultural background and responsibilities of the minority cadres; Relating to the development of national relation. Synchrony with the development of the times. The combing of these basic issues provide firm basis for the dissertation's later research. systemic combining the political education, cultural education and capability education.The second chapter mainly narrates the special status of the CPC's education of minority cadres. In the views of combination of Longitudinal and crosswise research, and in three level of the Chinese unification and development, the over situation of socialism modernization and particularities of the minority regions, this part proves that the minorities is the indivisible main body of Chinese nation, analyzes deeply the special historical status of minority cadres and pointes out the importance and urgency of strengthening the education of minority cadres, which provides dependence of history and reality.The third chapter mainly narrates the theoretical origination and experience reference of the CPC's education of minority. On the basis of Marxism views on history and development, this part deeply analyzes the basic views of Marx-Leninism on education of minority cadre and its enlightenment on the CPC which is:Absorbing the minority cadres to attend the political management; Improving the cultural level of the minority cadres;Strengthening the political and ideological education of the minority cadres and opposing nationalism. At the same time, this part bombs the main achievement and reference of Soviet's education of minority cadres to the CPC, which provides the basis for the making and development of the CPC's education of minority cadres.The forth chapter mainly combs the characteristics of the CPC's education of minority cadres in the period of new democratic revolution in the view of history. The CPC always pays high attention on the education of minority cadres. In the period of new democratic revolution, the CPC explored successfully to the education of minority cadres. This part narrates the historical development, main achievement and basic laws in the four phases of new democratic revolution. The early stage of the establishment of the CPC and the stage of national revolution was the beginning of the CPC's education of minority cadres, the stage of the land revolution was the exploration of CPC's education of minority cadres, the stage of the anti-Japanese war was the development of CPC's education of minority cadres and the stage of the liberation war was the advancement of CPC's education of minority cadres. By analyzing the three characteristics of the CPC's education of minority cadre in the period of new democratic revolution and concluding the historical laws, this part provides the referring dependence for the later research.The fifth chapter mainly combs the characteristics of the CPC's education of minority cadres in the period of socialism revolution and construction by the method of historical analysis. Based on the realities of Chinese minority regions, this part points out that the CPC paid consciously much more attention on the education of minority cadres in this time, narrates and appreciates objectively the experience and lessons of the education of minority cadres. This part narrates the historical development, main achievement and basic laws in the four phases. The early stage of founding of the new China was the strengthening of education of minority cadres, the stage of socialism construction in full respects was the deepening of the education of minority cadres, and the stage of the Cultural Revolution was the setback of education of minority cadres. By analyzing the four historical characteristics of the CPC's education of minority cadre in the period of socialism revolution and construction and concluding the historical laws, this part provides the referring dependence for the later research.The sixth part mainly narrates the characteristics of the CPC's education of minority cadres in the period of reform and opening up and modernization construction in full respects by the method of combination of theory and practice. This part, on the basis of the realities of Chinese minority regions after reform and opening up and around the line of continuing strengthening of the CPC's several generation of central leadership in education of minority cadres, narrates the historical development, main achievement and basic laws in the three phases, which is that the early stage of reform and opening up was the rapid recovering of the education of minority cadres, the stage of modernization construction in all respects was the systematic advancement of the education of minority cadres and the stage of new century is the continuing exploration and innovation of the education of minority cadres. By analyzing the four historical characteristics of the CPC's education of minority cadre in the period of this time and concluding the historical laws, this part provides the referring dependence for the later research and the further innovation of the practice of the education of minority cadres.The seventh part mainly narrates the CPC's development of education of minority cadres with Chinese characteristics by the method of theoretical analysis and making the enrichment and contribution of the CPC's several generation of central leadership to the Marxism nation theory as the breakthrough point. The CPC's several generation of central leadership combines Marxism nation theory with the reality of Chinese education of minority cadres, points out very important views in different periods, advances the development of the CPC's education of minority cadres and forms the theoretical frame of education of minority cadres with Chinese characteristics, which includes the thoughts of importance of advancing the education of minority cadres, the thoughts of strengthening the education of Marxism world outlook, the thoughts of strengthening the cultivation of minority professional talents and perfecting the troop structure, the thoughts of strengthening the normalization education of minority cadres, the thoughts of "Han nationality and minority cannot be separated ", and the thoughts of strengthening the education of minority women cadres. The theoretical frame inherits and develops the Marxism nation theory. It is of great value of studying the development of the CPC's several generation of central leadership and its law for the advancement and enriching of Marxism nation theory.The eighth part mainly concludes the historical experience of the CPC's education of minority cadres based on the historical investigation and theoretical analysis. There exists rich experience in the process of advancing the innovation of education of minority cadres by the CPC's several generation of central leadership:Holding on the education of Marxism world outlook, handling correctly the relationship of minority cadre's belief to communism and religion; Holding on the thoughts of "Han nationality and minority cannot be separated", handling correctly the relationship of the cadres of Han nationality and minority;Holding on the education of Marxism state and nation theory, handling correctly the relationship of identification for the state and the nation; Holding on the CPC's leadership, handling correctly the relationship of positive education and self-liberation; Holding on the normalization of cadres, making the improvement of comprehensive qualities of minority cadres as the key aim;Holding on the principle of synchronization and equal attention, handling correctly the relationship of capability education and political education of minority cadres;Holding on the education of minority cadres with Chinese characteristics, handling correctly the relationship of historical inherence and era innovation in the way of education of minority cadres.
