In the correct ideological route guidance, over the years, our party and government always attaches great importance to the training and selecting minority cadres in work, has made a series of minority cadres policy, through the exploration, train practice of outstanding cadres of ethnic minorities, for the Chinese nation's stability and solidarity and unity of the country provides forceful guarantee to prosperity. In the 21st century, the international situation, China changeable reform, opening up and socialist modernization drive into the key period, how to give full play to the backbone of the minority cadres in the leading role, foreign against nationalism, separatism, internal led to speed up the development of minority areas and realizing common prosperity of all nationalities became a key problems.
