Research On Selection And Cultivation Of Minority Nationality Cadres In Xiangxi Tujia-Miao Autonomous Prefecture During The New Century

China is a country with 56 nationalities. There are 5 municipalities,30 autonomous prefectures and 120 autonomous counties in 9.6 million square kilometers squares.55 nationalities are minority nationalities and 44 of them contribute their own autonomous place. In the mean time Chinese government established 1173 autonomous villages in addition.Proceed from China's actual conditions, CCP formulated a system of regional national autonomy to resolve a series of problems on account of the minority nationalities. Despite our country had gained great promise since the beginning of new century, the development of politics, culture and economics in the minority nationality regions are not as good as the east part of China. It becomes an urgent issue about the development of the minority nationality regions, which depends on the minority nationality cadres who are familiar with the local custom.This paper choose the West Hunan as a typical example to expound the way they choose cadres with nationality background in West Hunan in order to analysis the sense of the selection of minority nationality cadres. According to the thought of history reviewing,existing condition analysis, problems founding and suggestion, I reviewed the history of the cadres selection in the West Hunan in the first chapter. In the second chapter I introduced the way the select nationality cadres in the present. In the third chapter I raised questions through the the actualities. And I provided my suggestions in the forth part.In this article I used the many methods including the survey, document study and sum up experiences, in hope to improve minority nationality cadres'professional skills and consummate the cadres selection system. I hope my article can help the government to solve problems effectively in the contribution of present cadres selection system.
